Standard datasite accounts allows multiple users with the same user name and password to access the system

Datasite KashGuard is a secure way to provide members of staff and third parties with access to your Datasite accounts without revealing all of your sensitive company data.

It has been designed to be easy to use, with small businesses in mind.  You create as many users as you would like to have access to your data, and then for each user set their permission levels.

For each user you can set individual permissions, ensuring that they only have access to the accounts functionality that is necessary for level of involvement in your business

Audit trail can be used to check out what each user has done each day from orders input to quotes raised.

All of your sensitive data remains within Datasite Accounting and at no point is saved outside of the secure server
