All our email services are hosted so there is no need to buy expensive hardware, email software like Microsoft Exchange or get involved in complicated support agreements. Getting a fixed price for all your email needs is easy just follow the steps below

We charge £33.00 per user per year and that includes

• GMail EMail Server with 25GB Storage
• Full access to Google Apps Premier Edition
• Virus & Spam Filtering
• Free GMail EMail Client with your company logo
• Simple EMail Management
• Compatable with Microsoft Outlook,
• Full synchronisation with iPhone & Blackberry mobile devices

If required we then charge £2.25 per user per month for the Informant Webmail Client which includes

• Drag and drop user folders
• Hot keys enable the creation of datamate forms, orders & users on your datasite direct from the client
• Hot key allows you to storage emails against customer records in datasite

Finally if you want peace of mind and technical support we charge £50 per year - this is not compulsory if you have the skills in house to provide your own technical support
