Detailed below are what we include as standard
- Support for Users - this enables your team access to our support desk to ask questions and get on going support to manage the website
- Technical Support - this ensures we provide support and bug fixes for any database and functionality issues
- Integration Support - this ensures we can provide support for links third party systems
- Future Proof Guarantee - we will ensure that all system upgrades are installed and that all the Corgi functionality works as originally intended
- Site Hosting- we provided a dedicated hosting service and take 100% responsibility for site performance. As we provide database, templates, software & server we have the ability to resolve any issue
- Server Monitoring - we monitor our servers every 5 minutes and receive a text message if any server does not respond on 3 consecutive occasions
- Automated Back Ups - we include automated backups to an alternative server in a separate data centre so no need to worry about being protected
- Disaster Recovery - if a server were to go down we
will provide an alternative server and transfer your site so it is live again within 6 hours
We appreciate that our monthly costs may be higher than you have been quoted to host your website elsewhere but we hope you appreciate the reason why and think the overall cost of ownership of datasite is lower than a traditional website
