If you cannot find the answer to your question at our Support Wiki then you can either ask other users on our forum or raise an online support ticket. Once you have raised a support ticket online you can also check the status of any logged support call. Our Support desk is monitored daily to ensure you get a fast response. We also use screen sharing technology so we can easily share your screen so we can assist you more effectively
